Once the refund is done amount will becredited back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days .

Cancellation & Refunds: E-Learning Courses

• Before starting (logging in) to an e-Learning Program: No refund.
• After starting (logging in) to an e-Learning Program: No refund.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be granted thereafter.

Cancellation & Refunds: E-Vouchers (Certification Exam Vouchers)

• E-Vouchers once purchased cannot be cancelled.
• However, they may be transferred to another eligible candidate within the same organization upon written approval from SkillsCertify. is a BU of Lok Heytu Pvt Ltd..

SkillsCertify. is a BU of Lok Heytu Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training program due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future batch.
